Our refund and returns policy lasts 30/60 Trading days. If 30/60 Trading days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a Full Refund or Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your MSP Software it must be used and traded for at least 30 consecutive trading days from the day or weekend of initial purchase and Text/Voice/Video Instructions from Ewan Forrester / @ewancmc had to be followed. To be eligible for a return, your AFSD Trading Pack(s) it must be used and traded for at least 60 consecutive trading days from the day or weekend of initial purchase and Text/Voice/Video Instructions from Ewan Forrester / @ewancmc had to be followed. Proof of this will need to be shown. (See Below under Proof: )

To be eligible for a return, your AF Supply and Demand Software it must be used and traded for at least 60 consecutive trading days from the day or weekend of initial purchase and Text/Voice/Video Instructions from Ewan Forrester / @ewancmc had to be followed. Other Software: All Digital courses, digital services, digital products are delivered by a choice of two methods (1) via unique digital link sent via messages (2) via download link at our site directly to. Downloading our software or services results in acknowledgement that you have read and understood these Terms.

Distribution: Upon purchasing any product or service. This does not give you the right to resell or gift any of our content, products, or services to the public domain or any third party unless you are an Active Affiliate working for Connect My Currency who refers our Products or Services.

We will actively pursue Legal Damages and Injunction from any Business or Individual who breaches our Intellectual Property Rights and distributes our content product or services to a third party without our written and signed consent or written contractual agreement.

If you have purchased a product or service. It’s for the purchasers use only and not to be shared to any third party.

The AF Supply and Demand Trading Packs is not an indefinite product or service that will be continually distributed and can be discontinued at anytime.

This can be down to a number of deteriorating factors which effects its performance, and the owner Ewan Forrester is within full rights to discontinue a product or service if they feel further production or distribution of charting / trading packs or services will affect members or clients trading accounts.

Notice will be given so traders can sort out their trading affairs accordingly and an upgrade to a better product or service will be offered as a replacement to which the member will have 7 days to accept the new offer, or the offer will be closed.

Terms of Services: We do not make any 100% guarantees that our AF Blitz or AF Supply and Demand or our ECAP management service will give you the expected rate of return that you want.

This is due to other anomalies such as market volatility and market volume depletion which has a serious effect on trading strategies implemented within the market.

Upon purchasing and joining one of our Service Programs you agree that 1) I wouldn’t expect anyone to work for me for free. A lot of the background work such as charting and fundamental analysis takes a-lot of time to prepare the accounts to trade so no refund will be given. 2) The Purchaser will be digitally sent a Power of Attorney (POA) to digitally sign which gives us full control and trading rights over their trading account. 3) The Purchaser, any third party or software are not to interfere with running trades or make additional trades on the account. 4) The Purchasing Client will not file a chargeback as you’re fully aware of our Terms of Service prior to purchasing. 5) Client: Purchaser and Account Manager interaction is limited to once a month which gives the Account Manager to safely trade when their setup or strategy appears in the markets. Once a month a review will created for the client and the client has a chance to ask any questions they have then. 7) Any messages or emails asking why an account hasn’t been traded or why a trade has lost prior to our one-month review will result in a immediate termination of my services or products to the client and no refund or exchange will be given. I have this in place to stop clients interfering with my trading psychology.

A breach of any of the terms set above will result in an automatic expulsion from purchasing our services or products indefinitely.

I apologise in advance if The Return Policy comes across quite harsh, but as a company and brand its our duty to protect our existing members and employees from malicious intent from a small minority of people who pop up once in a while.

Return Policy for Prop Firm Management Services / Products /AFSD Connect

This Proprietary Trading Service will be provided to you exclusively by Ewan Forrester and its a Service from me to you and therefore there are no Refunds or Reimbursements of any kind, as I wouldn’t expect anyone to work for me for Free.

How does it work?

I trade a simple strategy that tracks and trades institutional footprints that allows you to 10X your account within a few short trades. However, for me to do this I need Precise Market Timing, Volatility and Very High Probability Setups.

Your Prop Account Requirements: 

Currency: USD/GBP

Risk Mode: Normal (Not aggressive)

Account Type: Swing or Position Account (Please do not Get Normal Account) as this goes against my strategy!)

Leverage: 1:30 or 1:100 Only!

Platform: MetaTrader 4 or MT5 Only!

Terms:

These are my simple terms when supplying your account to me. Please make sure to double check all the details, so they match the Your Account Requirements above. As I cannot see what you have submitted to the Prop Firm.

Failure to do so could potentially over leverage your account and blow it with the wrong lot size being used.

My Strategy and Timing:

If 3 months elapse and the profit on the account isn’t more or equal to the original account balance price you originally paid there will be no charge for the following quarter.

Extensions:

Most Prop Firms allow extensions on your account providing that no rules were breached. So if I need an extension I’ll let you know a day before it’s due, so I can get the new account details.

And lastly

Please adhere to the House Rules that will be sent or made as a download for you to keep and refrain from messaging me regarding the account status which can be checked from your conveniently from your MT4 platform and any questions can be made at your One Month review with me.

I’m at my Trading Desk 6AM to 21:00GMT Mon-Fri so rest assured everything is being monitored.

Trading Prop Accounts is incredibly hard and stressful very much the opposite to trading a Normal account as there are Timing Rules, Drawdown Rules and also having to trade at specific times of market volatility.
