Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we apply a clear and structured refund and exchange policy to protect both the customer experience and the integrity of our software.

Products Eligible for a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

AF Supply and Demand Robot Products , AF Blitz Turbo Products are eligible for a 60-day money back guarantee. These include select trading software.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • The customer must demonstrate consecutive use for 60 trading days from date of purchase.
  • All usage logs (Broker statements), trade records and platform activity (Journal) will be requested to confirm active participation and screenshots are not accepted.
  • The product must not have been altered, re-distributed, or misused in any way and all instructions must be followed.

Refunds under this clause are issued only after a complete review by my technical support team.

All Other Products: Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to thoroughly read product descriptions, watch previews, and contact me with any pre-sale questions to ensure the product fits your needs.
